    Atlanta Ga Mortgage Information

    If you are looking to buy your first home, you have come to the right place. Most people have a general idea of how much we can afford but would like to start looking at getting pre-approved. Most are not sure even where to start. Every time they call a lender, they immediately want to move into pre-approving them but a lot of potential clients would like more info about their loans and really what would be best for them. Here are a few questions most potential homeowners ask. A) Just where to start in general B) When you are pre-approved do they run an actual credit check? C) We are looking to put about 10% down. We don’t want any type of loan with ARM or a mortgage payment that will adjust, so what other options are there. In the coming days I will answer these questions in the hope of giving you the comfort to move forward with the mortgage process which can be tricky.
